I saw your blog in Heidis blogroll and couldn't resist a title like "39 weeks" and yippee there were amazing pregnancy pictures to go with.I've seen the little heart with your hands over the belly and I think that is so sweet... the shirt is a pretty cool idea too. You look wonderful, those are beautiful photos. prayers for a happy and healthy labor.
